Soprano Daniella Sicari also sings with the Easy Rollers . "The Easy Rollers are a septet who embody the famed spirit and consummate virtuosity of today's booming British jazz scene and bring it straight back to the music’s roots in 1920s and '30s Harlem, Kansas City and New Orleans. Fronted by the captivating Dani Sicari, whose time-machine of a voice is evocative of early greats like Helen Kane and Ruth Etting, The Easy Rollers have long established a reputation for delivering performances that channel the in-the-moment dynamism of the Jazz Age at the height of its cultural grandeur. Arising from their love of the tradition, they take pride in marrying a conscientious approach to authenticity with their mission of ensuring that this effervescent era of jazz is never presented merely as a nostalgic museum piece."
As well as singing, Daniella has a love for movement and acting. She used to train & complete nationally as a Rhythmic Gymnast in Australia and has worked as a choreographer on a number of projects.
Baritone Fr Andrew Wickens describes himself as "Anglican priest; musician and wannabe Renaissance man". He is Rector of All Saints, Newton Heath, a large inner-city parish in Manchester and the original home of Manchester United, now with Manchester City's stadium just beyond the parish boundary.
He acted as an advisor on the BBC TV show Rev which stared Tom Hollander as a put-upon vicar in an inner-city parish.. He read the scripts for the show and advised on the religious elements in the series. He helped with ground-level research like the number of candles to be lit in churches and robes to be worn as well as life in an inner-city area.
